As a member of our contract executive sales team, you will be the bridge between our clients, partners and internal team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the customer experience and be a driver in helping the team crush our sales goals.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At College Hill, we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified contract sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers love. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our services in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, it’s essential that our sales reps be both personable and professional.
As a contract sales representative, you will be responsible for representing our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of how our solutions meet consumer needs. You will also be responsible for conducting your own consumer research to identify how best to continually meet these needs. You will be required to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and self-marketing strategies. You will also be tasked with generating leads and building relationships, planning and organizing your own daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. You will need to develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis and adjust your sales techniques based on interactions in the field.
