College Hill is looking for an outside sales representative to join our team remotely (within Washington State). As a member of our sales team, you will be a bridge between our clients, partners and team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the customer experience and be a driving force in helping the team crush our sales goals. 

Our sales team is pivotal to our success at College Hill, and the full-time outside sales representative is an essential part of this team. The person in this role is dedicated to selling the products and services that our customers love. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. This is a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our services in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, it’s essential that this representative be both personable and professional.


As an outside sales representative, you will be responsible for representing our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of how our solutions meet consumer needs. You will also be responsible for conducting your own consumer research to identify how best to continually meet these needs. You will need to meet sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and networking strategies. You will also be tasked with generating leads and building relationships, planning and organizing your schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. You will need to develop and implement a territory action plan through data analysis and adjust your sales techniques based on interactions in your region.

Outside Sales Representative Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing new leads and landing accounts
  • Maintaining working relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making qualifying sales calls and managing the sales cycle to close new business 
  • Developing product knowledge to articulately convery our offerings and educate clients 
  • Prepareing professional and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages and other documentation, as needed for client presentations
  • Achieving sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
  • Coordinating with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring


  • 1-3 years of sales experience (minimum 1 year of sales experience required)
  • Self-starter with strong self-leadership skills who can deliver on a schedule without being micromanaged
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Mac OS 
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
